Shipping & Delivery

UK Delivery is Free and International delivery is available in most cases contact us for a quote.
Express delivery options are available for faster delivery and these are also listed in the shipping area on checkout.
UK Free Delivery normally takes 3-4 days and international deliveries can take 7-12 days depending upon your location. An ETA will be provided by email.

Is for UK mainland subject to Area 1 only as per Royal Mail area policy. Any customers living in area 2,3,Europe or worldwide will be subject of additional postage charges. Please email us for a separate quote to avoid disappointment or any potential dispute issues.
Area 1 England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands.
Area 2 The Highlands and Islands of Scotland. (Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE)
Area 3 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly. (Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE)

International Orders

Some items we can provide a quote for **’International Customers’.

Note these items may be subject to import duties or other taxes that are subject of that countries law. 

These charges are the total responsibility of the Buyer.

Fees to consider in shipping are as follows. 

  • Paypal Cross Border Levy 0.5 to 1.5% 
  • Shipping Standard Fee
  • Shipping Insurance if item over £100
  • Buyer Country Taxes, Duties and Fees

Please do not ask us to alter our postage paperwork.

Returns & Replacements

All returns must include original packaging and the original product (identification number to match). They must be in the condition you received them.
The buyer is responsible for postage and must use a tracking facility to prove postage.
After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for refunds will not be accepted.
All returns will be refunded less the shipping cost unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty a full refund plus postage will be refunded.

The order process is simple and straightforward and is a better process by signing up. This allows you to view your history and control your account.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept PayPal and Bank Transfer on our website, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. We run regular promotions and give are valued customers discount codes and free shipping.
For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.
Please note the Paypal option applies to UK Paypal accounts only. None UK Paypal accounts are welcome but a small additional fee is requested due to Paypal's cross-border levy.
